      Teen Screen

As part of the San Diego Jewish Film Festival, Teen Screen is a night at the movies for teens! Come with all your friends and be a part of the fun. Join over 100 teens from all over San Diego as we enjoy a pizza dinner, watch a movie (picked out by teens, for teens) on the big screen, and participate in a Q&A afterwards. All FREE for teens in 9th-12th grade. Make sure to RSVP. This years film is an inspiring baseball documentary, "Heading Home: The Tale of Team Israel": "This warm and stirring award-winning documentary follows Team Israel as they compete in the World Baseball Classic for the first time in history. With a lineup of Jewish-American Major League ballplayers, Heading Home celebrates the triumphs of a little team that could (and did) pave the way for future generations of Israeli ballplayers who aspire to win this coveted prize for their homeland. Inspirational and exciting, this improbable odyssey is a grand slam even if you don’t know a home run from an infield fly." Following the movie there will be a Q&A with Cody Decker, Team Israel and Arizona Diamondbacks player and a former San Diego Padre. Make sure to RSVP by February 8th!
