      Pilot Talk and Tour: Flying the F/A-18 "Hornet" Fighter/Attack Airplane

      Join Colonel Stephen “Fozzy” Acosta, commanding officer of VMFAT 101, as he shares some of his missions and experiences as an F/A- 18 “Hornet ” pilot. He also will demonstrate some of the equipment USMC pilots use and take questions from the audience.
      The Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum has 31 historical aircraft on display as well as hundreds of artifacts from the earliest days of aviation to the present day. Free admission and parking. Open Cockpit Days are held on select weekends from May-September. Check the website at www.flyingleathernecks.org for more information.
